HEY GUYS.

Today, for my post workout meal, I ate these delicious green eggs! Don't run away when i say that!! They were scrumptious & nutritious.

Kale, Broccoli, Asparagus, Avocado & Spinach. 

There is iron, protein, vitamin c, vitamin a & fibre. I LOVE AVOCADO. Seriously, I eat it every single day & have no shame in it. Avocado is full of healthy fats & is great for your skin. Scrambled eggs with any veggies is the best way to start a morning or end a work out.
