What’s your return policy?

We hope you love all your stay at The Jupiter Motel, however, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

We accept returns on items purchased from www.wirtzbehaviour.ca within 30 days of purchase. If you have purchased a product from a retail location, please follow that retailer’s return policy. Please note, all gift cards on our website are final sale.

Email our team at thejupitermotel@gmail.com (please include your order number) within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you out ASAP with any returns and additional questions. Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I place a return or exchange?

To return or exchange an item, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at thejupitermotel@gmail.com with your order number and specify which products you wish to return and why. We will provide you with the information you need to return or exchange.

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive. Once received, we will initiate a refund which will be credited back to your original form of payment (typically 3-7 business days).

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Contact our Customer Care Team at thejupitermotel@gmail.com and we’ll be sure to make it right!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We process and ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier.


On average, orders are delivered 5-7 business days after fulfillment, sometimes sooner. We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.

We currently ship within Canada.

The Jupiter Motel can refill & recycle your bottles to cut down our carbon footprint as a business.

If you would like to refill your product or want to donate gently used bottles, please email me at thejupitermotel@gmail.com

For bigger orders, packages will be sent in clean boxes from my recycling to cut down our carbon footprint as a business.
