DIY TEA INFUSED SPRAY.

I'm not a tea drinker...

Ok, let me rephrase that... I'm not a HOT tea drinker. It's a weird texture thing for me, I just can't do it. But that doesn't stop me from strutting into David's Tea & asking the tea expert behind the counter to take EVERY single bin off the shelf so I can get a whiff. So I decided to find a way to trap the scents I love into a spray for my car, bedroom, living room & bed sheets. Literally everything in my house now smells like Forever Nuts & I'm not sorry.  I decided to add witch hazel into mixture due to it’s natural disinfectant properties.

INGREDIENTS.

  • Tea (of your choice, in a bag or loose)

  • Tea Diffuser (if you use loose tea)

  • Unscented Witch Hazel

  • Funnel

  • Steel Strainer (optional)

  • Spray Bottle (16oz)

DIRECTIONS.

  1. Boil 16oz of water, which is the total volume of your spray bottle, due to the fact you lose about an ounce of water when it’s boiled.

  2. Add 2 tablespoons of tea into your infuser, or add 1-2 tea bags & let steep overnight.

  3. Once morning hits, funnel your tea through the steel strainer to prevent the pieces of loose tea from clogging up your spray bottle.

  4. Use in your car, home, linens or as a natural body spray.
