COCONUT 24/7- Huge coconut lover over here, , so my mom bought me this book for my birthday last year! Seriously, we're obsessed and will eat anything if it has coconut in it. Thankfully its healthy for you (when done properly). Coconuts have so many benefits and comes in so many forms. It tells you all the info on coconuts as well as coconut oil/milk/meat. The book also describes the different uses for coconut oil (scrubs, masks, hair benefits), and obviously the millions of healthy recipes you can make that can enhance its benefits. PURE VEGAN- This is seriously my life saver. I became vegetarian December of 2013 and sometimes I got a little lost unable to find anything decent to eat. This book has countless recipes that are unique and help you get the nutrients you need. You'll see us posting many recipes from this book but modified to fit our preferences.
