Fringe Belt
I've looked everywhere for a fringe skirt...
And I found nothing! Well nothing of my style anyways. So I decided to make my own version, only with a belt. This is a very simple tutorial, literally anyone can do this.
What You'll Need
Black Belt (of your choice)
Velcro
Fringe
Measuring Tape
What To Do:
Put the belt around your body so you can measure how much material you'll need.
Measure out velcro & fringe to desired length.
Peel off the sticky side of the velcro & attach the fringe. Now here's the part I learned the hard way... put the two pieces of velcro together & don't peel off the other sticky side (the side you're going to attach to the belt). The fringe will be more narrow than the velcro & you'll need to cut both pieces to create a thinner strip.
Once you completely cut the velcro so it's thinner. Peel off the other sticky side & attach to the inside of the belt (the side you won't be able to see when worn)
There should be a little section behind the buckle that won't have a piece of fringe on it. Measure out a smaller strip & repeat the steps above so there's no gap.
