HOMEMADE POPCORN.

My sister & I decided to have a movie night...

but were sick & tired of the same old buttered popcorn, so we looked towards Pinterest for inspiration. Here's what we came up with: Parmasan, Garlic & Dill popcorn, as well as White Cheddar popcorn. We also decided to pop our popcorn the old fashioned way, on the stove top!

STOVETOP POPCORN.

  1. Find a pot that has a lid, turn stovetop onto medium/high heat, & add 3 tablespoons of coconut oil (let completely melt).

  2. Add 3 popcorn kernels to the pot. Once one or all kernels pop, add 1/3 of a cup of kernels & slowly shake the pot over top of the heat (so the kernels don't burn).

  3. Once you feel little to no kernels at the bottom of the pot (as you shake it), remove from heat & let sit for a few minutes, as a few more kernels may pop from the heat!

  4. Remove & serve.

WHITE CHEDDAR POPCORN:

  1. Add 1 tablespoon of melted butter .

  2. Shake on garlic powder & grated parmesan cheese .

  3. Top with sea salt.

PARMESAN, GARLIC & DILL POPCORN:

  1. Repeat steps 1 & 2 from White Cheddar Popcorn recipe.

  2. Add a couple shakes of dill weed to the mixture.

  3. Finish with sea salt .
