PMS Package.
periods suck...
We know it all too well. Reaching for the heating pad, pain killers, chocolate & ice cream to make us feel better. Oh, don't even get me started on the breakouts! Instead of drugging yourself up & plastering your face with harmful chemicals, Stephanie Gerber has come our rescue once again with a couple PMS remedies: a hormonal spot treatment & a PMS relief balm. I have changed the recipes a little to suit what was around my home; if you'd like to purchase this PMS Package, click here. I'm going to give you a little breakdown on what ingredients we're using & why they are true PMS relievers.
Raspberry Leaf.
Raspberry leaf is packed with vitamins, magnesium, iron & potassium, not to mention it strengthens & tones the muscles in your uterus when applied topically. Though you can purchase your own raspberry leaf oil, you can create your own at home very easily. Click here for the recipe.
Clary Sage.
One of the most relaxing oils in aromatherapy, it helps stabilize emotions & has muscle relaxing spasm relieving properties that help during PMS!! Also, studies have shown that when inhaled, it helps reduce cortisol levels & eases feelings of depression.
Essential Oils.
LAVENDER: soothes sensitive skin, helps fight cramps & has many relaxing properties.
TEA TREE: disinfectant & fights acne.
GINGER: treats nausea, soothes upset stomach & menstrual disorders .
CINNAMON LEAF: scent lowers frustration & anxiety
